Imagine you lose one thing however, you still have plenty left. Imagine if you have 99 sheep and lose one, what do you do? You go looking for the one.
At New Hop Church of God in Corbin, Ky., the church is a series called THE UPPER ROOM. You can have revival in your home.
Pastor Mike Addison preached from Luke 15:1-7the message was the one. True revival is about he one coming to Jesus.
Jesus was loved by tax collectors and sinners nevertheless, the religious people didn’t like Jesus.
There needs to be a revival that reaches. When people come in they are going to come in addicted, with hair all kinds of colors, with tattoos however true revival is when sinners are converted.
At New Hope the church is not here to build building however the church is here to reach the one.
The shepherd went after the one sheep until he found it. The shepherd in Luke 15:3-7 left the 99 and went for the one.
Jesus did not come for the polished He came for he perishing. The mission is clear in Luke 19:10 He came to seek and save that which is lost.
The church can not be more interested in saving tradition than reaching sinners. The cross is about the lost. The blood is about the lost.The empty tomb is about the lost.
2 Peter 3:9 God wants all to come to repentance. Mark 2;17 I is not the healthy who need a doctor but sick need a doctor did not come for the righteous but came for sinners.
Heaven counts different than people count. God is concerned with people so none would perish.
The church needs to keep the burden for the lost. If lose the burden for souls the church has lost the heart of God.
There needs to be a burden for the lost. It is time the church gets back to seeking the lost
