You don’t have to wait until a song starts to feel the power. The place is power packed. The church is fifty-five percent of the building fund goal in pledges.

It is the Sunday before Easter. The highest Holy week of the year. It was Palm Sunday.
You would think things would be different however, there is no difference in the times. Back when Jesus was on the earth people wanted a king to come and solve the problems. Today people want the republicans or democrats to solve the problems.
Jesus borrowed a donkey and young colt so prophecy so old testament prophecy would be fulfilled Zachariah 9: 9 ‘Behold the king comes riding on a colt.’
Everything was created by Him and for His authority. This is found in Colossians 1. You was created to worship Him and have fellowship with Him.
Demons are in the church because there is no power in the church. However, Jesus demonstrated His power and authority by telling the demons to hush and come out. This is found in Mark 1.
Jesus demonstrated His authority by calming the storms. Jesus was asleep His disciples was a lot like us today ‘don’t you care we are about to die in this storm’ and He was asleep gets up speaks peace. He is the prince of peace. This is found in Mark 4.
Jesus demonstrated His authority over death. He is the resurrection and the life. You might think your situation stinks try being dead for four days; nevertheless having a smell of fresh and renewed life. This is found in John 11.
After His resurrection Jesus told His followers All authority has been given to me. This is found in Matthew 28. In Luke 19 People was saying blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord the religious leaders said to tell Jesus to stop. Jesus said if they stop praising me the rocks will cry out.
You was made for Him not for you. There can only be one that sits on the throne is you or your desires or your fears or is Jesus sitting on the throne in your life?
There is authority and only Jesus has the authority to calm your life. It is time to let Jesus be in charge of your life.
The altars was filled as people saw only Jesus is the one with authority
