You can plant a tree without roots it will be blown over. You can have a goal to lose weight however without discipline the weight will come back.
Sunday November 23, at New Hope Church of God in Corbin, Ky., the atmosphere was charged. One of the praise and worship singers testified she had to take authority given by God over the enemy.
Pastor Mike Addison preached at 9 a.m., from James 1:13-16. Sin has roots. People don’t wake up one day an alcoholic, however it happens over time.
There is an under current to life unless you are rooted in God you will die.
Pastor Paula Farmer preached at 11 a.m., from John 17:1-18. Knowing Him is what we should be rooted in. The roots should be in God in His word. The devil attacked during the message with an asthma attack, however there is roots Pastor Mike finished the message from the notes Paula was using.
You need to have roots for there to be growth without discipline you are planning to fail. If you are not rooted in God the second a storm comes you will fall short, however it is only failure if you do not get up and get disciplined develop roots.
Nothing is instant in life. Everything in life happens over time. When you see a tall tree you are not seeing the roots or the years of growth it took to become a tall and fruitful tree.
You must have roots to grow in life, you need to be disciplined in life. If you have roots you will not stop growing,
