Imagine that you live in a small town and needed home health because you have difficulty doing certain things and imagine that there were two home health companies that are paid by Medicaid and Medicare.
Those two companies are Professional Home Health Care Agency owned and founded by Joyce Lewis and Seton Home Health Care Agency. Both health care companies are located in London. Ky.
Professional Home Health is more of a known company; imagine if you had Professional before and a home health care aide stole from you and she was moved with no investigation. This aide was eventually fired for calling in too much.
Imagine that you was dropped (discharged) and without cause. Imagine that a home health aide has the power to get a person dropped and imagine that you lived in an apartment complex and an aide had you dropped by lying. That was what happened in 2006.
Imagine that you got put in the hospital and the hospital referred you back to Professional that was what happened in 2010.
Imagine that you moved from the apartment complex to a trailer and you keep getting a new nurse a new nurse and new aide every few months.
Imagine that from 2004 when you got home health at the apartment you had the same nurse and some one that cared and who was dependable.

If you complain too much if you refuse visits if you are abusive to the home health care aide those are grounds for being discharged, however if you do not let the company know stuff you are in trouble to so you have to take what you get.
Oneal told the scheduler she wanted a regular patient load so she could have the patient that asked for her, but the company does not care.
No one is really happy with Professional Home Health, however there are people who needs help; almost everyone is referred to professional home health.
