Pastor Paula Farmer at 9 a.m., preached from John 12:2 We must always worship because when we fail to worship we will fail to work.
At 11 a.m., the service started off with old but powerful songs and you could feel the atmosphere charged.
Pastor Mike Addison preached from John 12:1-8 the focus verse was verse two; we need to be faithful at service. Worship should always flow out of Work.
It is not about who is noticing you. You should do everything as unto God Colossians 3:22-23 and 1 Corinthians 10:31
When you focus on People you will get burnt out with distractions Luke 10 Martha was distracted with service and not the right heart. We should do everything with the right heart whether anyone notices we must stay faithful!
If you do not lose your gift it will be taken away Matthew 25 We need to be faithful in what God has given us to do.
If you want to come before great people use your gifts Proverbs 18:16. We should be focus on people because our gift is the answer to someone’s need.
John 12:2 Martha is at work. No one can do your job but you! If you try to work without worshipping you will get burnt out. You can not witness without worship. It all begins and ends with worship.
You need to be faithful in your gift no one can utilize your gift but you. You should always be doing what is needed to be done and stay faithful.
Faithfulness with the right heart is all that is required for kingdom work.
