HURT BUT NOT GIVING UP
(London, Ky.)
I do not do stories about myself however; I am doing a personal story. Someone said I do not have the skills to be a successful writer and need to get another hobby. how can I work on my writing if I do not write? Words hurt what was said really hurt.
Writing is not a hobby. It is my work I do I do not get paid for writing however people follow me and read my stories.
How would you feel if all your life you was told to get on SSI like SSI was the greatest thing ever? How would you feel if all you got was $800 a month?
After fighting to stay off the system I had to go on the system in 2001 because of health issues; I was put on the system and I cried, I would pay to work however, because of my physical challenges no one will hire me I am a liability to businesses. My matra was why try I am on ssi.
My best friend made joshuatime.net in 07 or 2008 I am pretty sure it was 2007 but it could have been in 2008. He made it on a hosting platform called joomla. I had let my site go because of not paying for it and was not serious about writing.
DJ my best friend died in December of 2009 and when DJ died I felt like giving up taking sleeping pills and praying I never wake up.
While at dogwood hills apartment complex which was a drug complex, I brought back my site THE NO GAMES ZONE www.joshuatime.net in 2010. I just did stories anything I could write about that was newsworthy. I got slandered while trying to work on my walking this girl said I was ‘’stalking’’ her. I had a second rate attourney defend me I could have done better than she did. There was no proof of the ‘stalking’ or any other complaints.
I do not give up easy!
Many times you might feel like I have but ‘ For he who sows to his own flesh (lower nature, sensuality) will from the flesh reap decay and ruin and destruction, but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. And let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint.’ Galatians 6:8-9
If I do not have skills to be a successful writer then it should not matter what I write or how I write.
My hygienist’s husband was a basketball coach I did stories for basketball games and he gave me top notch interviews I asked the questions to get me some good answers.
I have been trying to get Cora Wilson pardoned out of prison. True friends are hard to come by if God can forgive her society should to however sadly society does not forgive the forgivable people. Prison is good for some people it provides structure it also opens people’s eyes. Everyone in life deserves a second chance in life and not everyone gets a second chance in life. Governor Bevin is a baby’s true friend and a true father. He has gave kids a chance to live and be with a family. However Governor Bevin Gave certain criminals a pardon; criminals who had disciplinary reports, but he stands by his pardons. The prison held Wilson’s pardon application and it did not have time to get reviewed. However on imagine if you were told on August 27th by JON PARK executive director of constituent services Governor Bevin had her application and he did not have it. There is person who deserves a second chance is Cora Wilson. There are a number of people that deserve a second chance, however if you knew Cora on drugs and now you would see how much she has changed. Cora is unrecognizable now. Cora’s eyes have been opened. It is sad it takes prison to change people and open their eyes. Cora deserves a second chance and to be pardoned out of prison.
No one is perfect. Cora Wilson has made her mistakes she has learned from her mistakes now off drugs and has a clear head. Prison has really opened Cora Wilson’s eyes.
If you want to write Governor andy beshear the address is 200 Capital Avenue, suite 100 Frankfort, Ky. 40601 or Office of Governor attm office of general counsel 200 Capitol Avenue Frankfort, Ky. 40601.
How can I get better if I do not try?
It would be easy to give up but going on pressing on is much better. ‘ [For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection [which it exerts over believers], and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His death, [in the hope] That if possible I may attain to the [spiritual and moral] resurrection [that lifts me] out from among the dead [even while in the body]. Not that I have now attained [this ideal], or have already been made perfect, but I press on to lay hold of (grasp) and make my own, that for which Christ Jesus (the Messiah) has laid hold of me and made me His own. I do not consider, brethren, that I have captured and made it my own [yet]; but one thing I do [it is my one aspiration]: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the [supreme and heavenly] prize to which God in Christ Jesus is calling us upward.’ Philippians 3:10-14.
There is no quit in me.
If my writing is so bad then do not read it. I am keeping on tryin and writing. Just because I can not talk does not mean I can not write.
